This is getting unbelievable, and he's only 23. Got to be looking top 8 if all these players come to us....
I'm talking about what TF, AB and MH must be looking for this season. You don't buy this kind of quality to hope to just stay up....
This would be an outstanding signing, a top class 23 year old who played for Roma last season. Him, Mbia and Granero would be 3 top class signings youd expect Spurs or Arsenal to make. I think Id have permanent wood if we signed someone like Carroll to top it off.
He was on loan at roma last year. And all throughout his career, he's only ever been mention amongst champions league teams. A highly rated centre back, Danish int. Would be a fantastic signing for us. Unbelievable that out club could have all these players here in the space of 6 weeks. To get this sort of quality, I was thinking it would take us years...
recognise the name. I thought he was quite highly rated. Maybe something to do with other signings not working out? Guess we will just have to wait.
Yes mate...was solid for the Danes at the Euro's and has competed at a high level for a while now. Quality player, but appears to be just rumours at the moment. Plays at centre back.
Havent heard of him, but thanks for the info above - sounds like a great signing if it comes off. So would expect 2 CB's then - him and M'Bia!
Suspect we may see Mbia playing more in the holding role, but he is quality at the back as well. Guess it gives us options and cover, so all good
Sky Sports understands Queens Park Rangers are weighing up a move for Danish defender Simon Kjaer. Rangers boss Mark Hughes is determined to bolster his defensive options after seeing his side ship five goals in their opening day of the season defeat against Swansea. Hughes has targeted moves for Tottenham's Michael Dawson and Real Madrid's Ricardo Carvalho, but has seen bids for the pair stall. The Loftus Road chief is now ready to turn his attentions to Wolfsburg defender Kjaer as he looks to bring in a new central defender. Kjaer has found himself out of favour at Wolfsburg and spent last season on loan at Roma. The German club are thought to be willing to let Kjaer move on and a move to England is believed to interest the 23-year-old. A number of clubs are thought to be chasing Kjaer, who impressed for Denmark at Euro 2012 alongside Daniel Agger, but QPR are hoping to steal a march on their rivals by striking a deal for the player. Really hope this happens
Agree with this. We have needed a possible replacement for Derry's defensive role. Also gives MH flexibility to move back into CB role if required
