An unused sub again today despite the fact that our forwards couldn't hit a barn door, apparently Cotts says he is over weight and unfit, so my question is did Cotts want him at the club or was someone else (burt) responsible for bring ing him to the gate?

The relevant question surely has to be how did he get here in the first place if unfit, and also with rumours of an unhealed fracture. Did a man with a white stick do the medical...?!!!

If it was Burt's signing against SC's will, then that opens a whole new kettle of fish however despite SL saying that he would no longer simply just sign the cheques, I don't believe that SC didn't ok it. This however is all pure speculation and probably best left alone as we have enough problems without this.

Can we cancel the loan? If so, f**k him off in Jan and get someone in who is fit and ready to play. This situation is utterly ridiculous and is becoming a big blemish against SC and the board. Sort it out FFS!!!!!

We would have signed a contract with Reading and have to honour that contract

Maybe he is on a pay per game played basis or, we are hoping to pick him up cheap next month...?

It is mind boggling when by all accounts, we created chance after chance but could not finish any of them. We have a proven goal scorer sat on the bench twiddling his thumbs. If the rumours of being unfit are true, then as others have question, why did we agree to take him on loan?

Yesterday shows that we are true relegation candidates. Enough of the feeling sorry for ourselves and the "we deserved more" BS.

    This is depressing......

That could be correct, didn't the valuation of Matt Smith go up last year due to his goal scoring. But I always thought any loan deal you theoretically name a buying price at the beginning unless it's been changed.
