When he played for us in 2007 he had plenty of pace but don't know what has happened to him since then. He is slow, puffing and blowing, has put on a lot of weight and looks generally unfit. The northern air obviously didn't agree with him and it will take him weeks to get into a condition where he is of any use to us. Maybe that's why Pearson let him go out on loan.

Very slow compared to when he was with us before, shortly after coming on on saturday the ball broke and had he had some pace he could had gone one on one with Green, however he struggled to stay on his feet allowing the vermin defender to catch him up and then he fell over and the chance was gone.:emoticon-0101-sadsm
He needs to shape up or else its back to Hull for him<yikes>

Hmm. He took ages to settle here last season, but when he finally broke his duck he scored 4 in two games and looked a completely different player. Until of course we bought Fryatt and McLean and he subsequently got dropped soon after :/
