or are they hedging their bets? if they put snow and heavy showers down they would've covered all the bases and could say 'we were right' whatever the weather. plus we saw in canada that a forecast made 5 mins in advance could be hopelessly wrong, ask Fernando.
I wouldnt mind it raining to be honest, even though im actually going to the race! It'd make the race even better, and gives Lewis and Jenson more chance to win............and a possible 3rd place for di Resta!
I live near Silverstone and I will post weather updates friday, saturday and sunday! When it rains here it rains at silverstone and when its sunny here its sunny at silverstone.
It will be dry. I've wanted a wet race all season, the one wet race we did get, the f*cking BBC went down in my area, so i had to watch it online the next day.
I want to see the effect of the cars after the overrun ban, so it would be a shame for rain to come and spoil that - however, I wouldn't mind some rain, but only if it was in certain parts of the weekend.
Anything that sees Vettel start off the front row or even the first 2 front rows, make him work for a win instead of having the luxary of being out at the front from start to finish.
rains before quali. stops raining as the green light goes for q1. track is drying during q2, but a light shower comes with 5 mins to go, scuppering both red bulls, who had to wait longer to go out due to mechanical issues. no rain in q3, with an ever drying track, and paul di resta to get on pole by being the only one to go out on slick tires at the end of the session. that should make an interesting race with both red bulls between 10th and 17th, and an interesting grid, especially due to traffic problems caused by an ever-drying track, so all cars are out at the end.
Well we're heading down early Friday, got sun cream and water proofs so catering for any eventuality.
