Just had confirmation of our tickets for British GP. We've been going for a few years now and have always booked for Club.
My father in law always books tickets for Becketts but as stated we've always been at Club mainly because you see the final bend and can see down start/finish straight.
Was just wondering if anyone else is going and if so, where?

Have you actually ever been to Silverstone? Club has always been at the opposite end of the circuit from the start/finish straight. I know this as I have sat there a few times. This year will be the first time that Club will be the final bend.;)

Good place to watch from though, wherever the finish line is. This year I'll be not far away, at Vale.

Don't think I'm going to make it to Spa this year as the missus has put her foot down about prices so I'm trying to talk her into Le Mans 24 hours instead; well - just me and about 23 mates.

Stay with friends near Rennes, I go to Le Mans for 3 days then off to Bordeaux for a few weeks.

I'm going this year, my first F1 GP though so yeah....but I've been to BTCC and MotoGP at many British tracks before. When we went to Silverstone for the BTCC they used a shortened version of the current F1 track, so they used part of the stadium section, at least I think they did. But we sat/stood at Luffield most of the time, which is a pretty good place to go, can see quite a bit of track, and at least they had a big screen!
