Signing English Player and Academy

Where where the last time we sign an english player ? Maybe we should start looking 1 or 2 player in premierleague with some experience that would help as finish ''good'' this season and stop doing buisnes, buying young player for 1-3 milion and sell for more is that what we are doing or trying to do?
Let's start developing academy and give the chance some youngster and start bringing to the team...and dont think I am against french or any other I love most of them they bring ENTERTAINMENT butt like most of all we don't like the way the club is running butt at this time any signing will do us butt I would like at this time a premierleague player with experience (that's all we need at this time)..............my opinion so anyone agree with me.?

im all for the youngins m8 .. i think now they are starting takeing kids at 6 years old ..which is good .


the first i ever came across out like that something like .under 9s newcastle acadamy. thats when it was classed as competetive footie


watch alot of junior footie and thers some good footie players about like ..

lets hope we can develop some decent youngins its good for the club and def way forward ..

 

Don't think we should worry too much about where the players come from now or whether we need developing. We do have a youth academy for the English players and honestly, I'm sick of buying Man Utd scrubs like the Nicky Butts and Alan Smiths already so no. We need quality players to help us stay up first and foremost. At the moment English players are overpriced and don't think it is an option now..

 

Got about 18 players on the books that are classed as being English. Some wont have been heard of, never mind been seen.

Shola is classed as being Nigerian but Sammy is down as being English.
