Apparently siggy was pulled by spurs from their game with seattle 15 mins from kick off"not through injury",no ben davies for swans, thishas to be more than a coincidence. I for one would love to have him back(siggy that is)
Not sure. Possibly a decent replacement for de-guzman but not Michu. Not sure he has down a lot for Spurs.
I hope we get him. Will be superb addition and an upgrade on all of our AM options from last season IMO especially if he can re establish his loan form from a few years ago.
Agreed - Siggy is no Michu but in reality a fit and mentally stable Siggy is a better player than the nutjob that Michu turned into.
I dont understand why he (Vorm) would want to spend a season on the bench playing second fiddle to Lloris.
I dont understand why he (Vorm) would want to spend a season on the bench playing second fiddle to Fabianski.
I think the club thought that Vorm was nailed on to be going to Liverpool this summer so saw the option of Fabianski and got him before others started sniffing as tbh if it wasn't for Reina rejecting the chance to stay at Napoli. Vorm would already have signed for Spurs. As it stands we have Vorm as number 1 with Fabianski and Tremmell fighting it out for the back up shirt.
You do not need a degree in Physiology or Psychology to see he was turning into a right nut job, are you his mammy or what?.................
I found a links to the Telegraph story.. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...i-Sigurdsson-and-5m-heading-Swanseas-way.html
I can understand the Davies deal but don't understand why Vorm would leave to be second/third choice?
Perhaps Vorm decided it was time for a fresh start ? Many players around the 30 mark look for one last move to swell the bank account , Vorm looked a bit stale last season, a move away will probably re focus him and us .
As human beings aren't we all capable of making observations without formal qualifications? I know I am. I don't need a qualification in meteorology to know when it's raining; I don't need to be a police officer to see a punchup in Wind Street - perhaps you are suggesting I need a medical degree to notice that someone's had his head kicked in? We all make assessments and judgments hundreds of times every day. I agree with Dragonphil on Michu, if you couldn't see that the guy's head was in the shed for most of last season then you didn't watch him play. Petulant, distracted an ineffective sums him up, unfortunately.
I'd agree with all of that it's just if he goes there he will be number 2 and he never struck me as someone who would be happy on the bench.
