    Does the current system need changing? Is the role too much for one person? Does Syd need replacing?

    What will be a suitable replacement?

    I propose an elected mod from the most active boards to a 'Counsel of Mods'.

    These Mods should take upon the current role bestowed upon Syd, and be accountable to the other super-mods.

    These super mods should themselves elect a chief-super-mod.

    All of the super-mods should be rotated every few months, with the new chief-super-mod elected from the previous set of mods. (Initially Syd could take up this position.)





    Or is this all just a 'storm in a tea cup'. (Cliche- shudder)
