Just stop the human rights act we signed up to in 2014 as this is what economic unskilled migrants use to avoid the law. i don't mind legal migrants who have been vetted but illegal ones who have travel Europe to get to the promised land of good benefits just turn off the tap,push through parliament, you have to pay in to the system for 5 years before you can get anything out.

Regardless of political differences OT threads is what this board was built on and has been a mainstay the boards entire existence. It would be sad be very sad to lose these kinds of threads imo

Quite topical that you should mention that, considering just recently one of my O/T political post got randomly merged into entirely different thread (the Corona Virus-non football) that had no relevance to the subject matter! - and all because it was an anti Johnson post and it displeased the some of the forum Tory voters ( and Mods)!
Interesting it’s Diane Abbott’s fault who has never been in power (thankfully) but the government who have been for the last 10 year blame her, the EU, human rights laws....... etc If they are going to sort it, get it done. Instead it will be vote for us again next time and we’ll definitely sort it then. Politicians are all the same just with different coloured rosettes, all blame each other and mainly achieve nothing.
well most of the liberals skirt the main issue, of how can we afford all this lot,and why interfere when illegals are sent back, they have been listed as illegal in every european country they passed through. and some of the comments here make me laugh, trying to tarnish people as racist or haters if you don't agree with them. yet i do more for overseas charity work than any on here would, to me it seems those that mouth the loudest against do the least amount of work to help people .I think the aim of these people is to stop debate people are scared to voice up but it will happen like Brexit.
