Not doing full stats as on phone ... Has AJ posted some elsewhere? Perhaps he could copy paste em here too.

Town will be looking for a win to pick themselves up after last week's result, as Cheltenham make the shortish journey to Shrewsbury today.

Town's injury list is rather light as I think most are available. Bobby Grant I assume will start, or make an appearance from the bench; it seems he's been brought in to play out wide, so this might see Mangan up front with Collins. I'd like to see Vernon get a regular start to get him scoring but we ain't got time so hopefully if we're up by some goals then he gets brought on.

I'm guessing if Grant doesn't start then we'll go 352 with demetriou and Gayle, it'd also be good to see a less defensive midfield with just woods or Weso behind Lawrence and another.

Anyhow we need a win! Floreat Salopia. Come on you blues.

Enjoyable game. First half went fairly well bar shots on target and an appropriate change at half time brought Lawrence on for the overrun Clark. After a goal created from a counter attack resulting from a great Weso shot, town were back level with a well worked Collins goal. Shortly after Mangan then got town a second goal from some well worked passing. Lawrence produced a fantastic through pass that played into space for Weso to latch onto. Again he was denied a goal, but the resulting corner provided NPK with a header into the net to make it 3-1. How the forth official got five minutes of extra time is beyond me.

Good result and toss up between Collins and Weso, but think Weso gets the MoM.

Wesolowski should have scored when it led to the counter attack for Cheltenham's goal. Collins MOM for me. Never stopped running and a class finish for the goal

    KDS,
I agree - Collins for me because he was moving with much more purpose than of late and was a constant threat for the whole of the 95 minutes. How Lawrence does not start is beyond me - he dictated the game from the moment he came on, pushed us higher up the field and allowed Weso (who was a complete revelation in the second half) to bomb forward. Great win but we still look short of a promotion side to me. We don't have enough natural width and Cheltenham's fast and tricky wingers exposed the defensive frailties of our wing backs. Grant's non-appearance was a bit of a mystery but no doubt the truth will come out this week.

I really enjoyed the second half, as for AJ pasting, his only knowledge of this is Shippams and Princes. nice to see liam lawrence come on . what kept MM, as LL was the architect of our win and many more. I did like Jacko supporting MM in the Technical Area, not keen on GK going walkabout, and still too many passes going to absent friends up front.

for what seemed ages Cheltenham had a left winger unmarked by a town player, another time our left winger went charging up the wing did not look up once only for there to be 2 town strikers waving their arms for a pass. a woeful pass was the result. if I was MM I would be working on woeful passing and passes going astray. but a comfortable win, well played Town, we need a run now to offset they pansies from Chelsea Flower Show.

some people complain about the lack of atmosphere at the Greenhous. certainly cannot accuse West stand of that, just need to hear the Wycheley and South stands join in!!
