I have seen MK play a away a couple of times recently on TV and they have completely dominated possession in both games and could have had a bucketful of goals with some decent finishing. This looks a tough one as I suspect MK will go up this season. I predicted last week that we were capable of getting four points from the next two home games so I predict a 0-0 bore draw (attendance 5600) and would be happy with a point from this one.
No chance having watched the Tranmere game on Friday. Lead Ballon FC 0 Winkleman's Peripatetics 2 (Lowe 2) Attendance 5641
in reality shrews have little chance against mkd. they must have a very strong m/f. a draw would be great, but with shrews tails up, morgan improving and rodgers trying to impress, i suggest gt packs the defence and hopes for a lucky breakaway. after the reserves win at oldham and the fine win yesterday morale and confidence must be high. so i am sticking wih 1-0 rodgers att6223. but 0-0 would be just great
Well....Ill go: Shrews.... 1....... MKD.....0 Morgan after some stodgy defending (and very few mistakes at the back) att 5800
Hmm, very pessimistic on the score but over-optimistic on the attendance. Come on guys - it was a Tuesday night in late November against a team with few away fans. Get real! Probably still one of the better League 1 attendances last night - and it was remarkably warm (hat & gloves never left my pockets)!
The two family stand blocks are rarely more than a quarter full on a school night! That's always going to be a few hundred down from a Saturday crowd.
