    Apparently Spuds are interested <laugh><laugh><laugh>

On a more serious note it would seem we've got Eto'o on a one year deal and are no longer interested in Rooney. This makes me think the Rooney interest was always a sham as Eto'o and Rooney are not alike at all and Jose said he wanted a striker to fit the system. If that's Eto'o it certainly wasn't Rooney.

Have a good year being RVP's back up Wayne.

I've never thought the interest in Rooney was genuine and still don't.

Moyes has been undone in this transfer window and it's unlikely Man U will be able to strengthen unless they get players in by Wednesday (latest). No club will sell their best players without replacements. I predict Wednesday will be the last day for big deals to get done, other than that it will be mini deals.

Eto'o at least gives us an idea what Jose is thinking....... one up front again. Hope I'm wrong because too many ordinary teams are finding it easy to contain us with that formation. With our newfound speed and flair, I was hoping to see a different formation.
Hulk ??? Good player, but 7 into 3 doesn't go. He's such a big sod, we'd need to widen the pitch to fit him in.
