Was just about to post about this! Great minds <cheers>

Well its certainly an ill-advised rant. To a certain extent he has a point, FIFA perhaps do have too much control and their organisation certainly has questionable morals however if these quotes have not been taken out of context it comes across as very arrogant. Yes maybe the English did invent the game as we know it but since then plenty of other countries have contributed to its success. Football would be a lot worse off if it was a sport just played in England similar to the NFL.

So to a certain extent he is right in that FIFA has far too much control and seem to answer to no one, but its a better game for being played so widely. The premier league are no angels either.

He failed to add the third theft. The Premier League/Sky came along and stole the rest of it.

"Why couldn't Fifa have said, we want to take it to the Gulf, to the eastern bloc? We spent £19million on that bid." - Can't argue with that though.

How else would the FIFA councillors get their holidays? They don't want to go First Choice like the rest of us.

I reckon he's right about the whole lot of it. We gave football to the world and look at the people that "run" it now, the fact they're having this company jolly in doha or whatever pretty much sums it up

bottom feeding scum, i'd make a rival organisation with other willing nations and isolate fifa completely by cutting off its advertising revenue streams. Disgraceful organisation that has nothing to do with football.

At least he got a drink in Doha, none of the supporters will when they go out there unless they stay in one of the swanky hotels.

The FA and premier league have covered themselves in glory as well with there "he doesn't speak for us" pre-rehearsed legal statement bollocks.

They're petrified of FIFA it's ****ing pathetic, they rip us off for 19million quid then they have the ****ing cheek to say china invented football!? Suppose you've got the association football rulebook from denlong province in your air-conditioned Zurich tax haven have you hans? I ****ing hate FIFA and it would be the greatest victory FoR the game in this century if we could exterminate it and the people, no, CRIMINALS it harbours.

Beefy, all it would take is for us to get two or three other major footballing nations on our side then the whole FIFA organisation would collapse, mark my words. Imagine a World Cup that never saw England, Germany, Italy and Holland compete in it for example? Easier said than done and in reality I'm not stupid enough to believe it could ever happen, but we can dream. <doh>

Don't think you will find many people arguing with this post. Have you considered a career in politics as you seem to have the ability to articulate the thoughts of the masses (well at least the Norfolk based football supporting masses).

Get this man on a council somewhere!
