Look we are fu**ed. We can't afford to compound this error any longer. We have 8 players that need to go. Get rid of as many as we can in Jan. It does not matter if it leaves us short. Bring in younger players and give them a run of games. Then in the summer get rid of the rest by any means possible. Cisse, Park, Cesar, Granero, Barton, M'Bia, Ferdinand and SWP all have to go. There wages will kill us if we don't act quickly. Build a good Champ team around young players like Traore, Onouha, Adel, Hoilett, Diakite and Adel. All these players are under contract and not as far as I am aware on huge wages. Add some experience with Green, Derry, Mackie and AJ and we have the making of a very decent Champ team. Build confidence under Harry. Buy one top CB and one goal scorer from somewhere. Just hope Harry does not add even more mercenaries in the next few weeks. Want to see as many of these under performing sh**es go as soon as possible.
This won't be about survival in the premier league, it will be about survival of the club if we dont reduce our wage bill!
No dont waste any more money trying to chase something which is not there. Get rid of most of these players starting with SWP. Build for the championship.
It all depends on what Tony wants to do. If he wants to give us the cash, then great, by all means we need to do whatever Arry feels is necessary
We have to bother! Got to sell sell SELL! Get as many as we can out and bring in a couple of promising young lower league players who will be ready to fight and play in the Championship. One investment I'd like us to make is to buy Charlie Austin. We'll have a far better chance of attracting him now than when we're relegated in the summer. He'll guarantee us 25+ goals next season.
Effort displayed today by some in the camp shows that 1) They do not think we can survive 2) They don't care if we survive because they will get paid anyway 3) They know they will not be at the club in a few weeks Get rid of the shirkers and recall those on loan, come back Hulse, at least you tried to put in a shift! I feel for 'Arry, he has inherited some problem (namely a lack of players with any semblance of effort) How can he make a difference if what he has are not willing to try. I say build for some wins in the second half of the PL season, but make sure those signed will do a job in the Championship in 2013/14. It;s paramount we come straight back up. I hope 'Arry will stay and sort this dross out. The loss of revenue from the PL is going to hit hard, and that to the wages of Bosingwa et al and this window is not about PL survival its about trying to correct the mistakes of over a year of signings.

Cesar made some good saves today and had one dodgy moment. Much better than Green. We would have lost 10-0 if Green had been in goal. AJ has not been given a fair chance. I'd add Green to you list and take Cesar out, but apart from that I agree.
Problem is how do you get rid of players of megga wages on longish contracts, who is going to take them? This i'm afraid to say has all the hallmarks of pompey mk 2.....players just bide their time and pick up their wages each week without any ounce of effort in return......it's going to be a long winter.
I went to a game years ago at Wimbledon (Selhurst Park) with Gerry as manager. I knew after that game that the club were in the s###e and were going down. It was the same today. We really are in a mess. This club needs to address the problems from top to bottom and stop throwing money at it. We have proved that mis management and bad calls have cost us. That twat MH has really put us in the s###e with all these crap players he brought in and the rest of the dross that call themselves pro's really need to know the meaning of the word. Today was worse than under Hughes and that's saying something! Funny at the begining of the season a certain poster came on here and mocked us for getting in overpaid mercenaries, players that he called 'past it' and only interested in the money. We mocked him but if someone like him could see it why couldn't we? As fans we have been short changed by these muppets who pretend to play for QPR. We really have lost our soul.
We can at least start by loaning them out, just to get them out of the squad if that's what it would take at first.
