Should QPR be fined, or is it unfair?

With the news that QPR ‘could be relegated to Conference’ unless they pay £40m FFP fine, do you think their likely fine is fair?

If they had not beaten Derby in the play-offs, their punishment would have been a transfer embargo, which means likely seasons spent in the Championship.

The very regulation that was put in place to stop clubs getting into financial trouble, may end up putting QPR into financial trouble.
