    Totally agree!
There's just no substitute for the balls he puts in the box.
Ramsey has failed 99 times out of 100 to even get it past the first man.

    Agreed.

The man is also a leader and a winner, what he would bring to the dressing room alone would be enough to include him.

Yes, Beckham did so much for the Olypmic bid, he should have been there instead of Giggs.

That is one of the best first time crossers of the ball it has been my pleasure to watch.

Bobby Charlton had one of the hardest and most accurate shots that I have had the pleasure to watch but that does not mean that I am clamouring for him to be included in the squad

In your opinion - Giggs, Bellamy and Richards are all still doing their jobs in arguably one of the best leagues in the world

And Giggs looks a shadow of himself playing for GB.
If he wasn't out there as captain he would have been pulled off much earlier.
(Sadly as he is one of my all time favourite players.)
    Bellamy has been immense.

For me no. his day is gone, and personally sick to death of brand Beckham. He will get his nighthood, but how many soldiers and ambulance men/women, will also get one. while he is stuck up his own rectum, the soldiers and ambulance folks work goes on. 24/7

Giggs is the same spent force as Beckham but at least Beckham has the qualities ti inspire.

Sorry Bill, fast asleep when game was on and glad we won. My point was that Beckham shows more desire and inspiration to gee-up players than Giggs who has always been a much quieter character.

Beckham these days is a showboater. only good for fifteen minutes at best. Giggs on the other hand [ apart from being the most decorated footballer of all time, medals and stuff ]
still plays in the best league in the world, at the highest level. Becks copped out for the dosh, And cost us dearly in past world cups. so again,,,,,,,,,,,NO

Giggs isn't a quiet player at all, ask any United player and they'll tell you he is the most vocal player on the pitch and during half time team talks. Beckham should have probably gone to the Olympics as part of team GB for me, because I think he should have been the coach instead of that prat Stuart Pearce, how he even gets considered for employment outside of the fast food industry is beyond me.

A big no from me..I like Beckham in the PR role he is now doing in the Olympics (partly makes up for the toffee nosed twat Coe), but he is not the player he was, and on football ability alone he is just not good enough these days..
