    1. Decide it was one game in which we let ourselves down at crucial moments and looked like we probably will improve upon.

    or

    2. Decide that after the one game we will be relegated and every single player is **** even the ones who actually played well.

I expected a bit more from some than the mindless overreaction I've seen. We lost 1 out of 46 games, if you can't see that I don't see why any of you bother following a football team.

No not at all - your just expected to give a genuine and real account for the match. Not a rose tinted view of the match. How can you say that 'and looked like we will probably improve upon'? What are you basing that on? How can you compare it to another match.

But i do think its important to remember that it is just one match - at a ground that i think a lot of teams will battle to pick up points. But in future if your team had a shocker then just admit it - no shame in that!

depends if you are going to make comments like

To Southampton fans and make Leeds fans look like twats. How can anyone take you seriously if you really believe this dribble?

Simon if you said that you're mad. We were ****e. Start to finish, ****e. Only good points were Paynter had a decent opportunity (i'm not going to be like everyone else and blaming him for missing it. It's not **that** easy to get a goal from that position), and Clayton won a penalty well. A penalty that stopped us from being dead bottom on the first day of the season.

Other than that, we got a full on battering. We didn't dominate anything, their defense made our attack look like mugs. An attack that last season was the best in the league.

To be fair we probably had a larger proportion of possession. Just didn't do a lot with it. Certainly wasn't 'dominate'.

Leeds had 51% and The Saints had 49% - match possession. So not really no

We must have gained a few percent while the ball was hoofed in the air, oh and possession at the restarts after each of the three goals.
