    Only animals that can understand the political parties manifestos should be able to vote and this should also be extended to humans therefore eliminating a large percentage of the population.

    It's a prickly issue that needs to be handled with care. While your average capybara is politically active and regularly watches Question Time, I believe that bluebottles are too stupid to vote. Each case needs to be handled on its own merit.
