    Steve Bruce has said he'd take Shola for £5m.

    Should we all dip our hands in our pockets to raise the £5m to pay for him to go?

    The way Brucie spends his money, the way Ameobi destroys the Mackems everytime, and the fact they have no strikers I really wouldn't be suprised if he gave us 10 million for him.

    I suppose £5million would be worth it for SB. Just so he doesn't have to put up with Shola destroying his team

    They'd buy him hoping to regain some dignity over the next two derby games but the plan will inevitably backfire when Shola scores own goals in both games and runs to the Toon fans to celebrate.

    EDIT: While Sigthorsson, Gervinho and Moussa Sow run to celebrate with him...

    Sorry guys, some of you seem to have picked this up the wrong way, Bruce isn't going to pay £5m for Shola, he'll take Shola off our hands if we give HIM £5m.
