    Shola Ameobi's latest spot kick success has prompted a few of you to request details of his penalty kick record and whether he's ever missed one.

    The answer is no - at least competitively, with Saturday brining the ninth successful conversion of his career. All have come at St.James' Park and all but one of the nine was netted in front of the Gallowgate End:

    Not bad Shola , not bad at all. If only now he could put in a little bit more effort , run after the ball , discover a goal poacher instinct and strike fear into Premier League defences.

    That's all he's best at though, apart from that, there's always atleast one player that can do anything better than he can!

    He's complete **** and a picnic for any set of centre backs outside the bottom 6 teams!!

    We should have had one at Man City which also should have been the winner, and we were denied the most stone wall pen i've ever seen against Everton away when Ben Arfa played Nolan in, and Nolan was cleaned out from behind, inside the box 1v1 with the keeper!!! The defender made no contact with the ball!!!

    Wasn't aware of that, yet Blackpool and Villa both got penalties in the first two games at SJP this year.

    The Everton one was so blatant you had to be blind or extremely biased not to see it. I'm going to go for the latter...

    I know , it's ridiculous!

    The Everton lad who brought Nolan down was Seamus Coleman who I thought was very poor against us but has went on to have a good season.
    Shows you the level of injustice we go through each year that we didn't get a pen away from home all season (I very much doubt we'll get one on Sunday)

    You do the Ameobi and you turn around...
