Should always phone them up, really helpful, I did with the £10 offer for Saturday, it literally took 2 minutes on the phone, I've not got the Rugby tickets yet but might get them later, I really hope they win Sunday
Know a man with a disability who went down the ground to buy tickets for the rugby and was told he could not buy them In person till matchday and had to do it on line. that's ****.
It really does make you wonder where the customer service is. Without customers, you have no business, quite simple treat customers fairly.
