Just a thought but wouldn't it be a great idea to put a charity on the front of our shirt while we await a formal sponsor? Something like Childline, Children in Need etc.......Even if it was for a couple of matches it would be great visibility for a good cause.

With the F1 connection why not Renault, Lotus, Mercedes, McClaren or Ferrari. Other possble sponsors colud be Paddy Power or Guiness for the Irish fans. Thoughts!

The way the last week has gone ' Carlsberg ' and it's infamous slogan would be a good shout.

whats the deal with the lack of a shirt sponsor? I would of thought companies would be all over the chance of being a premier league club sponsor?

Lfc, I'm guessing they're waiting on paperwork for a new sponsor - I don't think anyone wanted to sponsor us whilst the goons were in charge.

It just shows how bad you were run if you couldnt even get a sponsor, i hope you get a big sponsorship i have a soft spot for QPR mainly because of Adel Taarabt.

why would you not want a sponsor if you are selling surely having a sponsor would add value to your asset and would improve the chances of selling along with the price?

Because the type of people who were looking to buy, like this Air Asia man, would want to sort their own sponsorship.

Can't see Air Asia being the sponsor. Fairly sure they don't even fly to Europe let alone the UK.

Charity deal sounds good, puts us up there with Barcelona where we belong ;-)
