not the worst news ever, but given he's on 80k I'd not be fussed to see him leave! ok he has one or two good game against the lesser teams , but we could do better. I understand everyone has short memories in this game, but overall he has been a crap signing. If we do keep him Bruce needs to realise when he's done and bring someone on for him .. The man has 60 mins in him.
When Bruce get’s sacked three new manager won’t know how to play him and the lazy Shelvey will reappear. in short we’re ****ed.
the sad thing is that under bruce it is clear the instructions are go long to carroll from the back and get down the wing and cross into the box at the 1st opportunity , so for this reason both jonjo and carroll will shine, but nobody else with other attributes can wither develop them or shine. I think we need shelvey under bruce.
I think it's clear sean longstaff cannot play in bruces style of playing in the way it suits shelvey, so for me until Bruce goes we will be relying on jonjo almost entirely …
