Although its a shame for the lads not to have a good support for their first game, I think they'll understand fully why it may happen. Why charge us £39, but Reading only £25, sorry but that's wrong.........................unfortunately its the GREED that now exists in our modern game, which I suppose Sky and the Premier League help to endorse!!

It should be a big day out - first game back, big famous stadium and 3 points. What a shame that SWFC has decided to do this. Not being derogatory to our northern friends but Sheffield isn't exactly London...their overheads cannot be that much??

The Sheffield local press and their fans seem sympathetic to us

They have a new overseas owner/investor - nuff said!

Absolute disgrace for a ground that holds 40,000 odd people.

Tell them to shove it. No-one likes being ripped off and that's exactly what this is

Because they are classing the games in different categories, which I've always thought to be wrong its the football version of racial profiling :). Leeds and Rotherham are in the same league and from the same part of the country but your Rotherham fan pays a lot less to watch their team than the Leeds fan even though they are playing the same teams and going to the same places. Yeah I know we all hate Leeds and its all about supply and demand but if you look at it from an individuals perspective it cant be fair can it?

I'm torn on this because the first game of the season is vitally important and could set the standard for the season, (last year certainly did!) the lads will need every bit of support going and Hillsboro is not a happy hunting ground for us. But on the other hand cheeky bastards! if you don't take a stand they're just gonna keep taking the piss!

I dunno, its £14 at the end of the day... but.... :undecided:
