... looks possible after a storming first season where they looked like qualifying for Europe. They're now bottom, without a win and games against Chelsea and Man City up next, They're too good to go down but these slumps are hard to fight against and the season soon slips away. It's a shame but emphasises the difference in the two leagues.
Somehow every season provides a whipping boy....too many seasons its been us. This time around looks like there's a choice. Just depends hon who breaks the losing chain first. But yes you're spot on, the Premier league is now a league that needs so much cash just to survive...for me I'd rather have a good few seasons in the Championship..it soul destroying losing every week in the Premier League. Lets get out of League 1 first tho
I really don't understand how Robertson's hand ball wasn't given as a second penalty to Sheff Utd and a great chance to be 2-0 up. How can that not be given yet the mags get that handball v Spurs when the player was looking the other way.
I have a few in laws who are supporters so tend to keep an eye on them. They're better than the results they've had but losing is demoralising and is a hard habit to break.
I had them down with WBA and Fulham before a ball was kicked. Doesn’t surprise me they are struggling, they got wind in sails last season, but after the break they were really poor. They only have Berge who’s genuine PL quality for me. Henderson earned them a few of them 1-0 as well.
Rather baffling they signed Ramsdale from Bournemouth, a team that was just relegated, instead if pushing all the chips in to get Henderson.
1-0 down to Man City after an hour, no shots on target and 33% possession ... ... looks like Wilder has a great future behind him.
