So an idea shamelessly stolen from the Leeds board (not the greatest of places...) where Elland posts a regular morning thread and discussion.

So in reaction to our first Premier League defeat on the weekend, Malky has claimed that his players have an "inner belief" that we will stay up? How much belief do you have? haha

Also anyone have any idea why there was no full back cover on the bench on Saturday, considering the shocker Conolly was bound to have. What position do you think we need to strengthen in the most? Fullback....

Morning Sheep.

I raised the point about full back cover when the team was posted here on Saturday. I suppose Gunnar can play at right back and I guess that was Malky's fall back in the event of injury or sending off. There was no out and out winger on the bench either. For a game where we were likely to be under the cosh there was a lack of defensive cover especially if were to have gone 1 up and needed to do a spot of bus parking and no plan B in terms of width and extra pace. Will Montero arrive for the no. 11 shirt and give us more in that area?

However, it was game 1 and there were bound to have been some nervousness and fear of going into the unknown. Pity it's Manc City next, could have done with Hull or Palarse at home.

Morning all....not panicking yet but I could do with a goal, some structure and maybe even a point to settle me down. However, I take heart from the Malky comments and from others down west, strangley enough
