Hotel Management. Not a fantastic thing to help conjure ideas really is it?
The thing that immediately comes to mind when I think of hotel managers is:

'A year in the merde' by Stephen Clarke is good.
What sort of read do you like? Fiction, non-fiction, mysteries, thrillers ...?
all sorts nowt heavy this time though as it's a long enough journey as it is
His books are good. Can't go far wrong with any of them to be honest
He's written quite a few and they are all good but 'A year in the merde' is the first and sets the tone for the rest of them.
