When I shave I always follow the grain, apart from below the jawline and at the sideys

I shave ma head so use my sheers to do the beard while I am at it resulting in a bit of all round perma-stuble.

I also go against the grain

When I don't shave for any more than 2 days bits of the stubble are now grey.
Last time I didn't shave for a week I had loads of ginger in the beard and flecks of grey.
And with the grain, and then back over it against the grain.
