Shareholders Meeting?

what was the result of the shareholders meeting earlier this month?

was any light put on the ground buy back? was the resolution to remove future meetings passed.

sorry if this has all been discussed but i havnt cant find any details of the outcome anywhere?

The only thing I know about the stadium is that Mr. Scally said that it was of benefit to the club and he was 'sickened' (or words to that extent) by people suggesting that he had done anything wrong or hindered the club in any way. Make of that what you will.
(By the way I think I read that in the Cheltenham programme)
