SHAG last night

Went to the SHAG last night (Scottish Hydro Arena Glasgow ) to see Rebelbhoy's stand up act.

Great venue, thoroughly enjoyed the night.

Lot's of booze too.

Takes the **** out of the SECC

 

Begs the question, what are they going to do with the SECC?

 

Nowt ...it will still get used.

 

For conferences maybe.

No self respecting act would want to play in the SECC after being inside the Hydro pud.

The quality of sound inside the hydro is **** hot.

 

Yeah, for the Home and Holiday shows they do...wedding fairs n all that ****e.

 

Aye, but can the SECC survive with small scale shows like that?

Dunno.

 

They'll do things like walking with dinosaurs in the SECC still.

Well, I'm assuming that it was he, aka Micky Flanagan - Cockney with an Irish name.

I'm sure the owners of the SECC also own the Hydro which kind of leads me to believe that they will need to invest in the SECC as it's getting a bit "dated".

Our parking only cost 3 quid aw in.

 

Aye, it was alright. Some good bits and some alright bits.

I got the train in last night and got a taxi home so don't know what it cost last night.
