Lee Clark - done nowt, won nowt, dull and defensive - No Ta Kevin Blackwell - Fat has been, uninspiring Phil Brown - Oh come on FFS, never go back Greg Abbott - read Lee Clark without any personality Where the hell are the credible, experienced and respected candidate??? Mick McCarthy or Billy Davies PLEASEEE!!!
My preferred options would be Lee Clark and Phil Brown but I wouldn't mind anyone that's not Kevin Blackwell - can't even believe we are linked with him TBH !!!!
FFS no **** knows who the **** on the short list them names are spewed out by the fail cause they haven't a clue just like the rest of us. I noticed that since adam and nicky been sacked all the best in the know posters on here are just as in the dark as the rest of us.
i think we are gonna have a long wait for a replacement .. .after the relegated and lowly Prem clubs get their replacements we will be left to choose whats left .. If we get our manager soon i think the Allams will be aiming low :/ either way , Its gonna be like 11.45pm at the end of a party !
It's bollox, jobboshinpad hasn't a clue, he's just repeating whats been in the press, and to be honest this should not be a new thread.
Lets just admit no one has a clue who the shortlist is. We have no idea of the calibre, experience or employment status of any of those on the list. The 'list' the mail made is basically anyone who has shown interest in the job/whoever they've been able to get quotes from because they, like us have no idea. My guess is still Clark. The timings mentioned just add up.
There's currently a young unemployed manager who did well at two clubs, would almost certainly take the job and wouldn't cost a fortune. Mark Robins.
Lee Clarke for me. I reckon he's got something about him and he seems hungry for success. Remember he was the one Leicester originally wanted and they only went for Pearson when he withdrew.
I'm nervous about Clark, the Udders fans all say his football was ****e to watch and the only reason they did as well as they did when he was manager was Jordan Rhodes.
Why? Have you not researched their records at Championship level? And both are free. Those two, for me, are the stand out candidates in the market we are in. Tell you what name me a manager outside the Premiership either in or out of work (other than Warnock and Allardyce for obvious reasons) who can match their records?
Their both cnuts and Nicky would have done a better job, there I said it, sorry mate but I can't stand either of them I don't care about their records, if they were such maestros they wouldn't be looking for work would they? Mccarthy has only become semi-popular in the last few years before that everybody in football hated him along with most fans, as he is actually a massive tool.
I will lay odds with anybody on here on whoever comes in as manager won't beat where we finished up last season.
