Searching through Twitter last night and was surprised to see "SFC" as a trending topic in the UK. When I investigated further, people were talking about an undercover Channel 4 show talking of shoddy management, unhealthy working conditions and sub-human employees.

It transpired that SFC was "Southern Fried Chicken"

Mind you, if it was PFC, the descriptions above would have fitted perfectly.
