Or lack of has arisen again. I had to complain on 28th August after the Wigan game about the amount of rain water that soaked me during the game. Seems odd that following the article in the Echo today that I received a holding reply today only a month late! I am a season ticket holder. Anyone else had to complain or praise and how long before you heard back?
Maybe I am missing something but what do you expect the club to do about it? Also, the Echo gets more amateur every time I look. The bit where the FSF says that Saints actually have an impressive charter but as it's not linked to the new website they (arbitrarily) give it 0 points is tucked away at the bottom. Perhaps a link to the actual report would have been prudent (http://www.fsf.org.uk/news/Liverpoo...Supporters-Federation-ranks-club-charters.php). No, we'll just do another negative Saints story and thus attract a load of Nicola bashers in the comments. (PS for some reason the FSF have decided that whether your charter includes contact details of the League and Ombudsman is twice as important as the "Quality of Charter". But that's a seperate point)
My point was there's a great big hole in the roof over my seat! It has taken two months for the club to acknowledge my comments. It seems that there are a further 30 people with the same complaint.
