Seydou Doumbia appears to be open to a move to Spurs in the January transfer window.
Sky has claimed that he has told them:
"I am very interested in playing in the English league. Harry Redknapp is a coach African players love, so who knows?

"It is only paper talk at the moment. I want to make a name for myself in the Russian league and in the Champions League as well, the rest will come once I am playing very well.

"My dream is to play in the Premier League, everyone knows that."

This move might allow Roman Pavlyuchenko an opportunity to return to his homeland as part of a swap or even to another club in the country, in order to fund the move.

I haven't seen him play myself, so I have no comment about his ability, but here's a clip of him with some random Euro dance about Africa:

Decent finishing and nice dancing.
 
Almost always gets snapped up by Chelsea on FM, so that can't be a bad sign. I'd prefer Vagner Love or Necid though.

Think we were linked with the guy before he joined CSKA. His goal scoring record at Young Boys was very impressive and judging by wikipedia his record at CSKA is great too.
 
To add to my last comment, he can't be any worse than Pav - sign him up if he's available!
