if you havent already heard his interview with radio bristol this morning then listen to this... http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p003yjn9 - click on 'listen now' and skip to 1 hour 10 mins in. interview lasts just under 8 mins. near the end he loses it big time nice to hear proper questions which he clearly did not like!!! i be very embarrassed if i was a city fan also i noticed he passed the buck on a few questions avoiding answering the questions saying "you need to ask derek and the players about that" like i said i be embarrassed if i was a city fan.
"WE ARE WHERE WE ARE.".....Yup Fair play to Steve Le Fevre...it's been refreshing to hear that interview and GT's with Nick Higgs; probing without being aggresive. Also Steve Le Fevre watches both City and Rovers....he's a fan. The old saying 'No smoke without a fire' comes to mind.
says the one who has travelled all the way down to a league 2 forum on to the rovers board. cant leave us alone hey
Nobody seems to want to talk about it on your board Red. I suppose there's only so much bad news you can take in at any one time!
sexstone: "we are where we are. we need the fans to get behind us" interviewer: "but the city fans say there is no fight or passion from the players and they are negative on the pitch" sexstone: "i cant agree with that" interviewer: "but thats what your fans are saying" sexstone: "i dont agree with them. i have watched every second of every game and there has been fight and passion" so then, who is lying? the fans or sexstone??? sexstone wants the fans to turn up to get behind the team then seconds later he calls the fans liers disputing that there is fight and passion on the pitch by the players! hmm, i find this rather funny
well he loves bristol and now got his hands on the rugby so if he leaves the 82ers he will still be in bristol as he wants. he wants a new stadium so maybe he will get this via the uwe stadium with rovers
