The " would you ? " thread reminded me of this little ditty ; Trevor Santos goes into hospital for a sex-change operation and he is , understandably, very nervous about the proceedure. In the bed next to him is Girvan Loyal going for the same operation. The hospital porters come and wheel Girvan away first, down to the operating theatre. He is wheeled back in, four hours later, strapped to the bed, screaming and convulsing in pain. " Jesus " says Trevor, "what happened to you ? " well, is it when they slit open your chest for the breast implants ? " " No, No...not that " Girvan manages to scream. " Is it when they cut off your balls and turn your dick inside out to make a fanny then ??? ". " No, No , No...not that either " " Well, what the **** is it then ? " shouts the petrified Trevor. with an almighty effort the tortured Girvan turns his head, focuses on Trevor who is about to go through the same agonies and says... " The real pain ? the real pain...comes.... when they shrink your brain and stretch your tongue ".
The worst bit is the first piss afterwards. It's like pissing fiery razors and it goes in every direction, all over your legs, bathroom and frock. It takes a couple of months before the new labia behave like normal parallel ones.
