BBC SPORTSOUND have just said that SEVCO offered Hearts £500K instead of the full £800K that they owe them. Ok that is more than they were due to pay, but given what SEVCO the new club have gone through over the funeral of rfc in the last few months, to TAKE ADVANTAGE of the diets in their hour if need is disgusting. Is there no depth to which SEVCO will stoop? Hearts fans are digging deep into their Xmas funds to prevent the death of their club and low and behold who is the first organisation to rub their hands together and try to see what they can make out if it for themselves. Consider that there may not be a Hearts to pay next summer when the money is due. its a common business practice to offer early settlement of a debt at a reduced price. Hardly reptilian but that disny stop arseholes like Albatross gleefully muck raking about Rangers. Get a ****in life you twat.
That's very angry for the past Gambol posts I've seen on the Celtic board - is it really you and if so, why so touchy today?
Aw naw, Vodaphone have went bust. Should I offer them the money I was due to pay them over the next two years?
This John McEnroe-type anger, though, seems to be a different side to you - but I suppose you tennis players are all the same ... love means nothing to you
Gambol early settlement ? You must be joking !! That debt arose in the summer of 2011 not 2012 and to talk of early settlement some 16 months after at least some if not all the debt is due is a bit rich even for a hun. Pay your ****ing debts and **** off!!
Eh? The payments were as agreed between the clubs - as in what amounts of outstanding balance and when they were due. It's called an agreement, or a contract. So, to pay amounts of that before the agreed due time is an early settlement. As I understand it, 300k is due in December, and 500k is due next summer. To offer money before those due times is an early settlement.
£300k due in January. I don't know whether the situation changes given that Sevco agreed to pay all football debts in order to get Rangers' licence. I suspect not. I think your point is a valid one but for the purposes of this thread it means of course that Sevco are ****s. The fact that the offer has been rejected makes it all a moot point anyway.
