I like him as a player.

But MON cannot persist to play 1 up front with him as a 2nd striker.

If our team hasn't got room for sess we must be a top 4 side?.. Sadly we are below average, and our best player can't fit in, doesn't make sense to me.

Problem is that our midfield isn't strong enough to let Sessegnon roam and IMO he just doesnt fit in anywhere. Sessegnon ended the great work that Bruce had achieved too. He quite simply doesn't fit in and we cannot continue to accomodate him.

Must be dropped with Danny starting next week.

Sessegnon doesn't play on the wing mate, we have already seen that. That is why he plays off the striker and he quite simply isn't good enough for the role.

I'd have him on the Wing over AJ any day of the week.

To be a good winger you need:

    Pace
    Skill
    No fear
    Good delivery

AJ has a good delivery, but nothing else, can't beat a man, if he does he gets barged off the ball.

Sess can go at defences, beat a man and has bags of pace.

I know who would be on my team sheet, proper winger or not.

Sessegnon was our best player today, he is the only player that we have that can keep the ball when he is under pressure. To get rid of him would be a big mistake. Its not his fault all around him are to slow. There were so many times today where Sess dragged players out of position, created space and no one ran into it.

Johnson does not look like he is worth 10m drop him and McClean and put Larsson and Sess on the wings. Larsson was quality on the right, his form has only suffered since he was bought into the middle.

You keep saying second striker, he is not, he plays in the hole to link the play. When you play with one striker, they must be supported by the other midfield players getting past them and the wide men cutting in.

The only one who did that today was Alfie, pity about his finishing.

If we had played with 2 men upfront Sess can be given a free role behind them.
Unfortunately we have a manager who will never ever do that. We will loss Sess and he will be absolutely superb for another team.

He is by far the most skillful player i have ever seen play for sunderland sadly he often lacks an end product. I personally think he is being doubled up on making it harder for him to influence play in and around the penalty box and unfortunately the rest of our players arent good enough to take advantage of the extra space being awarded to them.

Sorry but Sess' has no vision and is not a team player. He is **** at shooting and the only thing he can do is dribble. The sooner he is out of the team the better. He is not to quick for our other players. He simply lacks the ability or vision to pass the ball. We will so much better with him out the team.

    absolute rubbish

the way we set up is ruining Sess' game, I feel sorry for the lad

put him in a team that sets up in a positive manner like Swansea playing behind Michu and he would cause havoc

Sess is not the problem, AJ is not the problem, the way we set up is the problem

the defence sit so deep, the midfield are to deep and Fletch is up there by himself, not getting the best out of the players at all

Spot on poolie it's the tactics that are killing us not the players, they were all poor yesterday because of the tactics it seems we are either good or bad these days so MON is getting the tactics right some of the time and badly wrong the rest.
I'm not Sess biggest fan and think he is still a weak link in a weak team but, he wasn't the only one to blame for yesterdays result.

He performs great circus tricks but with little end product and he can't shoot to save his life.

We need a football team out there not an entertainment troupe. Gardener is exactly the midfielder who can get forward and score goals but we play him full back. Sessegnon would be an impact sub only for me.

    Larsson, Cattermole, Gardener, Johnson

    Graham, Fletcher
