Am in a happy mood lads so I might get abit carried away but I think these two are going to tear most defences apart.

Reading Sess' comments about teaming up with Gyan at the SoL is great to hear and I hope we don't bring in a striker if they do not fit our style.

Sessegnon playing in the role Richardson played last week with Gyan upfront as the lone striker, opposition defences won't know whats hit them

    :D happy days

Think we are pretty much of the same opinion. Brucey's consolidated our midfield - our longer term injured are coming back soon and theres no need for panic buying.

Indeed. Happy times. Gyan, Sess, Campbell, Wellbeck, Rico Malbranque...... think we'll be a constant threat to most teams

Who would you play against Chelsea?

Onouha, Bramble, Mensah (best bet against Drogba imo), Bardo

    Elmo, Hendo, Steed, Ricco

    Sess

    Gyan

Bardo and Ricco did a good job of keeping Chelsea's RW quiet when when we played 'em at theirs, so I would play them like that again.

Cattermole wont be fully fit, so would have him on the bench to come on later.

Actually i go that team wrong.

Ricco was played on the RW to contain A. Cole @ chelsea.

Ricco, Henod, Catts (if fit), Steed

    Sess

    Gyan

Thrilled to bits with the signings , especailly Sessegnon. A very powerful , skillful player who will very quickly become a SOL favourite. All I say is lets not get too carried away with his prospects just yet, for all his qualities he is not a great goal scorer. He hit something like 8 goals in 80 plus games for PSG. I know this is a better return than we have at present but I think his greatest qualities will be supplying the bullets for a front 2.

Does anyone know which other teams were interested in Sessegnon?

think we have mensah to thank for theses players being here, i think he had a big hand in it even sess said gyan being here was a big draw for him,if we dident take a chance with mensah for another season they might not be here,so if mensah dosent play many games this season it was worth bringing him back the clubs worldwide image as also been enhanced with
