Morning all. Might stick something on later. Work for me and then Mam's taxi tonight. The bairn is going to a freshers event but it finishes after the last bus home. She's settled in well at uni and made a couple of new friends on her course. I'm proud of her.

Mornin' all, will keep an eye on the Swansea Forest game to see if the Ange revolution is getting anywhere. If the rain clears as forecast may risk trying a longer walk with the dog to see what effect it has on my dodgy-foot-itis. If it flares up again I'll be hopping.
Plantar fasciitis, too far walked in shoes too worn out. New boots, orthotic insoles, cut down the walking for a month, but sending me up the walls just doing short walks. Had enough, tried the long walk to Cox Green today, think the homeward bound walk is the slowest I've ever walked, probably set myself back a month!!
