    He's a wonderful man and I won't hear a word said against him. He introduced the back-pass law which has improved the game immeasurably. He also had the superb idea about lady footballers wearing shorter shorts, but was shouted down by lesbians and the PC brigade.

    The back pass rule waswaiting to happen, he just happen to be in office when it did.
    Though the thing about women football...most of those footy players look like teenage boys...(except the German team). You really want to see that?
