Still a good manager though. Maybe he does have similar potential to Rosenior, just a year or two behind in his progression.

Rosenior was and is a good coach. Just a bit rigid during his time here which was frustrating. Sellés is also a good coach.

Sacking Rosenior last May was obviously a mistake and the way Cooper and others are suggesting, our illustrious owner is destined to make the same stupid mistake two summers in a row.

 

Selles has more experience in the coaching side. He's also had a lot of different roles in football.
