It's been repeatedly said in interviews!! It's taking so long as they only started these end of season meetings today. We may think Selles should be included, but that, rightly or wrongly, isn't the way things work at a lot of clubs these days. It's just what it is.
Totally off topic: I was reading that Leonid Slutsky, who used to commentate on Russian TV, used the term for "overwhelming" or "storming" which just happened to be "Navalny". He was sacked!

So people who have very little experience of football or the club make football decisions without a person who has been involved in football most of his life? What's that I hear - 'lots of clubs do that' - so it must make sense!
Turkish news reporting that Acun asked Arda Turan for manager position but apparently Turan is heading to Shaktar so rejected. It's a worry how Acun has this friend fixation. Obviously being successful and a big football fan he will come across lots of managers but it wont be in a professional capacity in the vast majority of cases. I just dont see how he can expect to rely on his judgement. We all have our views about what we think about managers but if it came to the crunch we wouldnt have the knowledge or experience.
They will have to do something about the yo yo effect But what? Give promoted clubs more money to compete in the Premier League? Some clubs wont spend it and just get relegated so they can get the extra money again!
