Why does everyone think that when a manager gets sacked we have to pay them until they get another job? It will depend on what's agreed to and put in the contract. I know of some people in business who have a paid for upto a year or until a new job clause in their contracts. Why would a reasonably well paid manager take another job when the former club will pay him forever?
Probably not forever, but until the end of the original contract or a new job, whichever comes first.
