Just spoken to the ticket office (about an unrelated thing) and it turns out that it's almost a sell out on Sunday! I was asking about moving my season card forward one row to sit next to my son and she said the guy who has that season card will have to be there on Sunday as it's nearly sold out and there'll be nowhere to sit!
Sad thing is I may not be able to go! Got a gig in Cramlington at 5pm so need to be there by 4:15ish - can I make it in less than an hour?
Cramlingtons north of newcastle? Maybe. Wasnt it Bill if england that lived there? Where is that ****er these days?
i've got to miss sunday. the in-laws are away and i'm house sitting, in lincoln. was gutted when they moved the kick off but also quite relieved. i get quite agitated when we play teams i hate.
Hopefully this will be a humdinger as both teams will know just what they have to do based on Saturday's results, but we are the ones who need a result the most. All to play for and hopefully both teams up for it.
Yes..I knew there was 44000 sold a few days ago...I can normally get a ticket or two from my works sponsorship that I pass on to family or friends, but these ones have been like hens teeth..
He was definitely a strange one. I always felt as if he had a few underlying issues that made me tread carefully when I replied to his posts..
I had problems with Billo mate. The way he went on about the charity money as if he'd literally handed it over to me. I even offered to give him it back out of my own pocket. He once told me he was 6'4" & 17 stone. I then saw a photo of him at one of Syd's do's - he's about my size, lol. Jerry's sister knows him, he used to go in the pub where she worked. I get the impression she thinks he's a ****er too.
Yes..I did meet him at one of the meet ups with Syd, and he was definitely not that tall or heavily built..
