I dare say there will be plenty looking for tickets - even at those ridiculous prices. Clearly, the world has gone mad.

And to think I baulked at going to Runrig's farewell concert three years ago because the tickets cost £50...

Absolute ripoff unless the prices are entirely down to ticket master then Watford FC and or Elton John should hang their heads in shame

This is the price for the platinum tickets I am sure others will be released at more reasonable prices. I agree why would you pay £300+ for a rock concert, where do people get this sort of cash to burn and where is their sense of value for money? World has gone mad as some are obviously prepared to pay this for a ticket.

Just for the sake of comparison I saw The Who, Humble Pie, Maggie Bell, Lindisfarne and Bad Company at Charlton Athletic's ground in 1974 for the princely price of 2 pounds 80 pence !

I love his music and gave a passing thought to coming over for it. Sadly at these sort of prices I will forget it and wait for it to come out on YouTube.
