according to the 'Daily Fail', "Lambert will be officially unveiled as Villa boss at a press conference on Wednesday and it has been reported that he wants to add Norwich assistant Ian Culverhouse, with whom he also worked at Colchester, to his backroom staff." It's just under his photo in this article. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...5/Malky-Mackay-ruled-running-Norwich-job.html
Surely Lambert can't resign on their behalf, so they're presumably still contracted to NCFC until some compensation is sorted? That's my guess, anyway.

Exactly. Extra compensation would be needed. Just like what has happened with all Rodger's team to Liverpool
Culverhouse & Karsa will follow Lambert as sure as flys eat ****e! Like they said all about the compo, guess they'll all be getting there gardens tidied up ?!!
"Norwich City, 15:09, June 5, 2012 Paul Lambert still hopes long-time Norwich assistant Ian Culverhouse and head of football operations Gary Karsa will join him at Villa. Lambert is expected to be officially unveiled by Aston Villa on Wednesday after he was confirmed the midlanders' new boss on Saturday. Reports say the Scot wants both Culverhouse and Karsa alongside him at Villa Park and will do all he can to lure them - even though the Canaries will dig their heels as both men remain under contract at Carrow Road."
Surely new manager will want to bring in his own staff anyway? Suppose we'll have to wait and see, I know compensation is probably the issue and I think we should get a justifiable sum of money but will we awkward if we don't hit deal by time new manager comes in and they want to bring their own staff. I imagine they'll go on a cut down compensation packet.
