well it is official now 4year deal & welcome junior, very good player & our attacking options will be immense can't wait, mackie will stay well hope so.
He was out of contract, and as such, Blackburn are not entitled to any transfer fee. That's the Venky's fault, by letting such a valuable asset run his contract down. What they are entitled to is compensation for developing him. That'll be set at a tribunal and will be a cash sum. Neither we or Blackburn have any input into the settlement. Only thing that can be said with any certainty - it will NOT include Jamie Mackie, who is going nowhere. And you don't kneed to be an ITK to know that.
We sign JH and we then manufacture another drama ... ever think how this makes our fan base look ... like a bunch of Drama Queens. In the space of a couple of hours we have signed a championship player and will lose most of our current squad... we also can't build a new stadium as all the sites have gone ... get a grip. If Mackie was to go then he has to agree to that ..if he did then he has his own reasons couldn't we respect that?.
Although the clubs could come to an agreement whereby Blackburn would accept a player in lieu of cash (if all parties agreed). May I suggest letting them have Rob Hulse and £500.
Blackburn must be joking ... I really dislike that Keen bloke nearly as much as i dislike AVB ... they are both fakes
This is all besides the point. Although this sounds arrogant it is true, "why the hell would you leave London to go live in Blackburn? To play championship football too!?". Someone please answer the above question and only if you can come up with a plausible answer will I even begin to think Jamie Mackie is leaving
