    He is the best striker we have had since Paul Dickov first time around. Over the years we have seen some crap like Hammond, De Vries, Campbell, Cort, John, Horsfield. Some decent players like Fryatt, Hume, Connolly but Nugent is a class above them. He is one of the few signings that Sven got right

    Still think Beckford will become a terrific signing before all is said and done. Seems to be over his difficult period now and his work rate has increased no end. He just needs to be slightly less selfish in the box and he'll be all good. Are Beckford/Nugent the best front pairing since Ferdinand/Bent?

    I think the Norwich fans are actually confirming how many goals nugent has scored in the match so far (judging by the number of fingers they are displaying). It's a shame Nugent didn't go on to score six as they are the only fans in the country that can also show that on one hand!
