Any incitements to violence will be vigorously pursued. We liaise with Internet Service Providers and will actively pursue anyone guilty of posting racist, sectarian or inflammatory material. It probably falls outside your current remit, but I'd like to draw your attention to this thread in General Discussion: A little amusement, perhaps I'm not sure exactly what law is being broken, but it can certainly be described as a crime against humanity.
